Workplace mediation

Resolution of conflicts to avoid internal and external costs

Innerbetriebliche Mediation
"Managers spend 30 to 50% of their weekly working time on friction losses, conflicts and the consequences of conflicts" (KPMG conflict cost study).

The term workplace mediation refers to the moderation of conflicts between employees, managers and teams in a company. These conflicts can have a negative impact on the working atmosphere over a long period of time. In addition, they cost employees and managers an enormous amount of time and there are further external costs due to severance payments, many sick days and high fluctuation rates.

If the manager realises that he or she can no longer resolve the disputes among the staff, the problem should be placed in neutral, professional hands. Regardless of whether team clarification or mediation is needed, I work discreetly and confidentially as well as with the basic idea that every person has a personal good reason to behave exactly the way they do.

I offer workplace mediation in the Cologne area as well as nationally and internationally for small and large companies.

Appointment for a non-binding initial meeting.
